offers three different services to let you stay updated on important City information.
If you are a resident of Park Ridge or work in Park Ridge (or even just live nearby), please

DeltAlert - The City signed an agreement with a new emergency notification provider replacing the previous provider, Everbridge. If you were signed up in Everbridge, your information has been transferred to DeltAlert, you do not need to sign up again.

Nixle - If you reside or work in Park Ridge, or live in the vicinity of Park Ridge, we suggest you to sign up for Nixle. Nixle is used by the Park Ridge Police department to send out notifications either by text message or email as a supplement to DeltAlert for emergencies or informational messages to a specific area.
