On February 20, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. and on March 7, 2012 at 6:45 p.m., public hearings will be held before the City Council of the City of Park Ridge, Cook County, Illinois, in the Council Chambers at the Park Ridge City Hall located at 505 Butler Place, Park Ridge, Illinois, for the purpose of considering, pursuant to Section 1-92 of the Illinois Power Agency Act, 20 ILCS 3855/1-92 a plan of operation and governance for an electricity aggregation program.
