The Finance Department serves both external and internal customers. Under the direction of the Acting Director of Finance, Linda Lazzara this department is responsible for records control, accounting, purchasing, collection of all license fees, water billings and traffic fines.

 

The department provides a financial system that preserves and enhances the financial condition of the City; creates, implements and maintains an effective accounting system and financial reports; and collects all funds due to the City. The department prepares the City's budget document, the working plan for the operation of the City. The City Council determines the final budget document and the allocation of resources it represents.
