Water bills are mailed to residences every two months. The bill provides a space to record current meter readings. These readings are used for future billings. Water meters are almost always located in the basement on the wall facing the parkway. City water bills can now be paid by having the amount owed automatically deducted from a designated bank account. The money will be directly credited to the user's water account on the 20th of each month and a statement will be sent from the City. Users only need to continue to send in meter readings each time a water bill is received. This can be done via the form below, if you include the account number in the message. Or you can record the reading on the bottom of the bill and return it to City Hall. The AutoPay system may be canceled with 10 days notice. An AutoPay form may be downloaded here.
