The Building Division is in the final stage of the adoption process of the 2021 ICC International Codes.  These codes provide standards for construction and building systems for all structures in the City of Park Ridge.  Formal adoption of the Codes will occur April 4, 2024. 

Please be advised that the 2021 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) was enacted by the State of Illinois and applies to all permits submitted after January 1, 2024.
