Part-time position, under general supervision, performs duties associated with assuring the safety of children at designated street crossings. High school diploma or GED (desirable). Starting hourly rate is $13.75. Will train.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers play a vital role in the Park Ridge Police Department.  The Park Ridge Police Department is seeking civic minded residents to work with us and to help keep our community safe. If you have a few extra hours a month and are interested in becoming involved, there are a number of great opportunities including: Citizens Patrol, CERT (Community Emergency Response Team), Parent Patrol, Police Explorers (High School Students), police academies and more.
