NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Procurement Officer, for the City of Park Ridge (“City”) on or before Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at City of Park Ridge, Finance Desk, 505 Butler Place, Park Ridge, IL 60068 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for the following contract: MANSARD ROOF REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT FD-FY18-01 for qualified firms to perform maintenance at the two fire stations. Work shall consist of repairing and replacing the mansard roof with a metal roof panel system. Bid document, including specifications, may be obtained at the City web site (www.parkridge.us) or the Finance Desk during regular business hours at no cost. All bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above. Bids transmitted by email or facsimile (fax) will not be accepted.
