Summer Concert Series Begins

The Park Ridge Fine Arts Society is again presenting a series of orchestral concerts, free, on Friday evenings throughout the summer months. The orchestra is positioned on City Hall steps and concertgoers gather in Hodges Park adjacent to City Hall. The City of Park Ridge provided funds to the Society in its 2010-2011 budget to support the concerts scheduled for Friday evenings starting June 18 through August 6 (Brian Patti Big Band). The Patriotic Medley, July 2, concert will be at the Maine East High School Athletic Field in conjunction with the City’s annual fireworks display.
 

Specifics on the seven concerts featuring the Park Ridge Fine Arts Symphony Orchestra are printed in the June issue of the Spokesman that was recently mailed to all postal addresses in the Park Ridge.
