Winterfest Wonderland in Park Ridge - November 27

Festivities for a magical night of family fun begin at 5:45 p.m. when the mayor turns on the holiday lights (sponsored by the Holiday Lights Committee); and the trolleys begin their luminary-lit route between South Park and Uptown while the Maine East Blue Regiment performs in front of the library.  An Uptown trolley will have Karen Larsen narrate fun facts and stories about Park Ridge. Don’t miss Santa’s arrival by Fire Truck in front of the Library at 6:00 p.m.  But there is so much more!

Fire Station 35 (Devon & Cumberland), the Library, and many Uptown and South Park merchants will be hosting Open Houses offering snacks and refreshments while a musical ambiance is provided by the Willows Academy Chamber Choir dressed in Renaissance gowns, Emerson Glee, and the Educators of School District 64 in Uptown.   Look for Twinkle, the Elf on a Shelf, in stores and take a selfie with her for a chance to win Twinkle and $100 Chamber gift certificate.  MCYAF elves will be handing out candy too! Remember to visit Santa’s live reindeer and Elves in South Park!
