Beginning Monday, January 11, Free Mulch Available on Summit Avenue

Beginning Monday, January 11, free mulch will be available on Summit Ave.  Mulch will be placed in the last parking spaces along Summit, just south of Washington St.  No staff member will be present.  It is available on a first come, first serve basis.
