The First Fridays Cruisin’ Park Ridge Special Event begins at 6:00 p.m.  The event is held on Summit Avenue between Prospect and Touhy and in the adjacent Municipal lot.  The event is sponsored by the Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce.  For more information, visit https://www.parkridgechamber.org  Bring your family and friends to enjoy live entertainment, music, food, refreshments, including beer/wine, bounce house and, of course, lots of classy cars.  Attendance is free.

The Farmers Market opened for the 2018 season last Saturday and will continue to provide fresh produce, beautiful flowers, fabulous food and more!   The market is located on Prairie, between Main and Garden Streets.  For more information, visit https://www.parkridgefarmersmarket.com

The Trot Against Trafficking Charity 5 K event will be organize outside Washington School at 1500 Stewart (at Western Avenue).  Registration begins at 7 am.  For additional information about this event, please visit https://www.trotagainsttrafficking.com/raceinfo.  Trot Against Trafficking is a fast and fun run/walk with the goal of raising awareness and funding organizations and programs that are working to raise awareness and put an end to child and human trafficking.  All proceeds benefit Selah Freedom, as organization working to end child and human trafficking.
