FAA Responds to Fly Quiet Proposal

The FAA responded to the CDA's revised Fly Quiet Proposal in a September 22, 2023 letter. The FAA indicated concurrence with the Fly Quiet plan. CDA reported that they are working with the FAA to schedule a meeting to determine next steps, including determining which NEPA process will be required.
