If you, or someone you know, is affected by the recent fire at 200 Thames Avenue, please contact the American Red Cross to open a case with their dispatch center.


The City of Park Ridge has been working with the American Red Cross to collaborate services and relief to our community members.  The activation of opening a case by telephone will allow the fastest action to discuss your current needs.

In response to the tremendous outpouring of requests to assist the residents affected by the Thames Building fire, the City is directing relief be provided as follows:

To assist the victims of the fire, individuals can provide cash donations to the American Red Cross of Great Chicago in the following ways:
