Citizen Self Service Portal Scheduled Outage

The Citizen Self Service Portal, used for building permits and online water bill payments, will be unavailable Wednesday, September 21 at 6:00pm until Monday, September 26  at approximately 7:00am due to a scheduled system-wide upgrade. This software update will allow for more efficient service to our residents.

During this time, you may continue to call Community Preservation & Development at 847-318-5291 to schedule construction inspections and submit inquires; however, no information will be transmitted to and from the portal until after Monday, September 26, so please plan accordingly.

Utility Billing will be unable to access account inquires during this time. Due to the inconvenience, no late fees will be assessed until Thursday, September 29.  If you have any questions regarding this or other water billing issues, please call Utility Billing at 847-318-5223.

Payments may still be dropped off in person or in our drop box but will not be applied to your account until Monday, September 26.
