The Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) is in the absolute final phase of the Residential Sound Insulation Program as part of the O’Hare Modernization Program. Graciously they will allow eligible homeowners within the 65-dnl noise contour a final opportunity for the possibility to acquire sound-insulated windows and doors.
