Nominating petitions for candidates running for the office of Alderperson of Wards 1, 3, 5 and 7  in the April 4, 2023 Consolidated Election will be accepted in the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, 505 Butler Place, Monday, December 12 – Monday, December 19 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. 

A candidate’s nomination papers may be challenged by the filing of an objection. The deadline for filing objections is Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at 5:00pm. Please note, City Offices are closed for holiday observation December 23 and 26.
