Mayor Maloney and the Public Works Department will be collecting pumpkins for composting on Saturday, November 6, 2021.  Pumpkins can be dropped off at the Public Works Service Center, 400 Busse Highway, from 9:00 am to noon.  Rather than placing pumpkins with other refuse that will be landfilled, residents are encouraged to drop off their pumpkins for composting.

Pumpkins should not have any candles or decorations in or on them and should not be in plastic bags. Please call the Public Works Service Center at (847) 318-5240 with any questions.
