Park Ridge Police Department Conducts Alcohol Compliance Checks


The Park Ridge Police Department, along with the Illinois State Police, recently conducted (November 15, 2012) an alcohol enforcement operation focusing on all businesses selling alcoholic beverages within the City. The department is pleased to announce that majority of establishments were in compliance and thanks them for their efforts in preventing underage drinking. The establishments in compliance are as follows:
CVS Store-2648 Dempster; Osco Drug Store-428 Busse Hwy; Walgreens- 901 W. Touhy; Trader Joe’s- 190 N. Northwest Hwy; WineStyles-105 S. Northwest Hwy; Walgreens- 800 W. Devon; Dominick’s Finer Foods-1900 S. Cumberland; Chipolte-119 S. Northwest Hwy; Venus- 18 S. Northwest Hwy; Maki Sushi-12 S. Northwest Hwy; Pickwick Restaurant- 1 S. Prospect; Houlihan’s- 550 W. Touhy; Nonna Silvia’s- 1400 S. Canfield; Affresco-11 N. Northwest Hwy; Spuntino’s Pizza- 516 W. Higgins
            The following businesses were in violation of the City’s alcohol ordinances with regards to selling to underage persons and received a citation:
Morningfield’s-Location 800 W. Devon; Siam Thai-104 Euclid ; D’Agostino’s- 742 W. Higgins
The following businesses were closed during the time enforcement was conducted: Perry’s- 711 W. Devon; Andrew’s Open Pit & Spirits- 2610 W. Dempster; Hay Caramba- 122 S. Prospect; Blufish Sushi Bistro- 130 N. Northwest Hwy; Gumba Joe’s- 112 S. Main; Noodles and Company- 510 W. Touhy.
