Park Ridge Youth Commission Equipment Drive

The Park Ridge Youth Commission will host a Sports Equipment Drive October 9th - 30th. All equipment will be donated to Gear for Goals, a sport and arts project of the 501c3 nonprofit Dreamweaver International. Gear for Goals is the fastest growing sport charity in the United States. Their vision is to see every child in the world have the opportunity to play, compete and enjoy sport through equal access to all the necessary equipment and instruction.

The following new or gently used equipment is needed: Baseballs, Gloves, Bats, Soccer Balls, Footballs, Uniforms & Footwear, Boxing Gear, Volleyballs, Conditioning Gear, and Frisbees.

Centennial Fitness Center

Oakton Ice Arena

Notre Dame College Prep

Dick Pond Athletics

Lincoln Middle School

Equipment can be donated at the Electronics Recycling Event on Saturday, October 10th at the Public Works Service Center from 9:00am - noon, as well as the Youth Commission Tent at the Park Ridge Farmer's Market on Saturday, October 10th from 9:00 - 11:00am.
