Property Tax Appeal Deadline in Maine Township Extended to May 20, 2013


The deadlines for Property Tax Appeal has been extended in Maine Township due to flooding. In addition, according to Cook County Assessor, Joseph Berrios
"A property owner who experiences severe damage to his or her home or building as a result of flooding is eligible for an assessment reduction of the damage is substantial enough to adversely affect the property value."
