Residents Affected by April Flooding Are Urged to Call FEMA

Assistance can include grants for temporary housing and home repairs, low-cost loans to cover uninsured property losses and other programs to help individuals and businesses recover from the effects of the disaster.

Based on an experience communicated to the City by one resident, the process was extremely easy and fast. She contacted FEMA in the morning, received a call back four hours later by a FEMA representative who set up an appointment with the resident the next morning to review her damages.
