Update on City Services due to COVID-19

Based on Governor Pritzker's extension of the stay at home order, City Hall will remain closed to the public through April 30 to prevent any spread of COVID-1/coronavirus. However, city staff continues to work and provide services to residents and businesses via phone, e-mail and the City website.
Please note that non-essential public meetings have been cancelled. Below please find a list of services, contact information, and website links that can assist you in your needs.
General Questions
Call the main phone line (847) 318-5200 to access the department of your choice or to talk with a staff person during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. If no staff person is available, please leave a voicemail and your message will be responded to in the order in which it was received.
Water Billing
Note: The City will not be terminating water service or penalizing customers who fall behind on water bill payments. The City will work with residents and business as much as possible during this difficult time.
