Whenever a dangerous dog is off the premises of its owner, it must be securely muzzled and confined by a leash or cage and must be under the direct control and supervision of the owner or a family member, 16 years of age or older.  The leash shall not be more than six feet in length.  Ordinance 5-8-20 Dangerous Animal
