How does City Hall accomplish what is most important to residents, businesses, and visitors, today in preparation for tomorrow? The Park Ridge Strategic Plan for 2023-2026 guides decision-making at all levels of the organization and focuses the city’s efforts on our core businesses. Throughout the budget cycle, the plan proves beneficial in communicating and setting budget priorities while creating a blueprint for action. City departments are expected to set annual goals that are reviewed and approved by City Council. The goals must achieve the City Council policy direction under the six core businesses below.
